The visual representations of the artworks that have been accepted for display in the exhibition will be securely archived within the digital records of Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakıf University. These visual materials may subsequently be utilized in a variety of promotional and marketing activities. This includes, but is not limited to, their appearance in printed materials such as posters, catalogs, and brochures, as well as in digital media such as official websites, television broadcasts, and social media platforms. Additionally, these visuals may be showcased in various events or incorporated into educational initiatives organized by Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakıf University.

By participating in the exhibition and submitting their designs for review, all contributing artists and designers are considered to have read and fully accepted the terms and conditions outlined in this document. This agreement ensures that the university retains the right to use the visual records of the accepted works for the aforementioned purposes without seeking additional permissions.

Please note that the date and location of the exhibition are subject to change at the discretion of the organizing committee. Any such changes will be communicated to the participants in a timely manner to ensure adequate preparation and coordination.
