About the event
Washington State University Art Department invites artists living in the Pacific Northwest to submit work in any media that connects with themes of community, identity, and social justice. The exhibition will be held in WSU Art Department’s Gallery II during the fall of 2023. The exhibition runs August 11th through September 14th, with a closing reception on Thursday, September 14th. We are looking for artists working in a variety of media who are currently residing in Washington, Idaho, Oregon, or Montana. We will physically exhibit work by up to 15 selected artists. Additionally, other selected artists will have images of their work presented on a screen within the gallery. Artists with physical work accepted will be awarded a $100 honorarium to assist with shipping or travel expenses. There is no minimum or maximum size limit to the works submitted.
