About the event
Leicester City Council’s Festivals & Events Department, BID Leicester and Art Reach, have designed a spectacular event that animates the public realm with illuminated light-based artworks. The festival is seeking artists to devise and deliver an ambitious engagement project to design a storytelling light trail with community participants.
